Verogy has acquired permits from the Connecticut Division of Vitality and Environmental Security (DEEP) to remodel former landfills in Deep River, Middletown, and Montville into web sites which will host picture voltaic energy duties. The three duties will collectively generate 2.15 MW.

Verogy’s Deep River problem will remediate and cap a former 2.3-acre landfill, and arrange a 675-kW picture voltaic system. The Middletown problem will remediate and cap a former 2.5-acre landfill, and arrange an 809-kW system. The Montville problem will redevelop a former 2.4-acre landfill, and arrange a 670-kW system.
