Vanguard Furnishings and Pisgah Vitality teamed up once more to design and set up two roof-mounted photo voltaic tasks at Vanguard’s Body Plant 2 facility in Conover, North Carolina. These programs, totaling 188 kW, are constructed on Vanguard’s earlier photo voltaic installations.
Body Plant 2 now boasts 438 photo voltaic panels augmenting energy to the construction. With the addition of this array, Vanguard now has a complete of 1,590 photo voltaic panels throughout three services.
“We’re grateful to Pisgah Vitality for serving to us attain one other milestone in our pursuit of sustainability,” stated Andy Bray, president, and CEO of Vanguard Furnishings. “Taking the equal power use of 128 properties off the grid is critical and we’re proud to be furthering this necessary initiative.”
Pisgah Vitality served as the first contractor, designing and putting in the mission using American-made Mission Photo voltaic panels.
