India has allotted 3 GW of photograph voltaic functionality at a median value of $0.031/kWh in two 1.5 GW tenders carried out by NTPC and Photograph voltaic Energy Corp. of India (SECI).
NTPC has concluded its public sale for 1.5 GW of photograph voltaic duties, linked to India’s interstate transmission system (ISTS), with a median value of $0.031/kWh.
Furies Solren (Mahindra Susten) gained 300 MW by quoting the underside tariff of INR 2.59 ($0.03)/kWh. JSW Neo Energy secured 700 MW and Avaada gained 500 MW at INR 2.60/kWh each. The tender was launched in December 2023.
In a separate development, SECI moreover allotted 1.5 GW of ISTS-connected photograph voltaic duties (tendered beneath Tranche XIV) at a median value of $0.031/kWh.
SAEL Industries secured the most important slice of 600 MW at INR 2.57. Avaada and ReNew gained 300 MW each, and Solairedirect Energy (Engie) 100 MW at INR 2.57. NTPC secured 200 MW at INR 2.58, in the direction of a bid functionality of 500 MW.
