Colbún, Atlas Renewable Vitality, and Innergex gained the Nationwide Copper Company of Chile’s (Codelco) newest procurement train. They secured 15-year energy buy agreements (PPAs) to produce clear energy from 2026.

The tender ended up awarding 1,100 GWh/12 months to Colbún, 375 GWh/12 months to Atlas Renewable Vitality, and 350 GWh/12 months to Innergex. The three contracts will final 15 years, beginning Jan. 1, 2026.
